Party on the Grounds - BBQ Contest

September 12th, Event: 2pm-6pm, Contest Submission Time: 5pm. | Thanks for participating in the BBQ Contest for our 15th Anniversary "Party on the Grounds" celebration on September 12, 2026.

Event times are from 2pm-6pm. with dinner starting at 5pm (sharp), all items for the competition must be ready to serve at 5pm. 
Please read carefully, before signing up:

1. Contestants are responsible for the purchase of the meat and/or sides they will be cooking. 

3. You will be preparing meat samples for about 50-60 people and must be ready to serve at 5pm.

2. Entries for the competition can only be cooked on charcoal, wood (woodchips & pellets are acceptable), or propane fired devices.

3. You must provide your own cooking device and items for your work stations (cooking utensils, special tables, buckets, propane, wood, pellets, etc.) and are responsible for hauling, cleaning, and maintaining your device and station.

4. Water, power, serveware (utensils, plates, napkins, etc.) and tables will be provided by REC.
